The RSA model suggests putting the measures that we’ve all taken in response to Covid-19 into four categories - stopping activity, pausing activity, temporary measures, and new innovations.The approach helps focus on what’s worked and what can last, and also helps us use this opportunity to stop and look at what is no longer fit for purpose.
