1. Customer Service Desk/Telephone:
Managing telephone enquiries; forwarding calls/recording messages to relevant staff/department
Ensuring complete confidentiality of all calls and enquiries.
Managing diary appointments for donations while promoting Gift Aid.
2. General clerical/administrative support to staff as required within RAMH
Assisting Administrative Officer with monitoring and recording Health & Safety compliance
Monitoring and recording W.T.N (Waste Transfer Notes)
Monitoring vehicle G.P.S and compiling reports
Photocopying, scanning, filing & general typing
Any other general office duties as determined by the Administrative Officer.
To participate in relevant training as required by RAMH
To be aware of and implement the RAMH philosophy.

Previous experience of customer care/reception work
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Proficiency in database and database input
Excellent organisational skills
Effective verbal communication including ability to make people feel welcome and at ease
Ability to multi task
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work unsupervised
Awareness of issues affecting people with mental health difficulties
Teamworker – able to liaise with admin staff and colleagues
Professional appearance to reflect front line reception work
