Job description

Main Duties:

1. Customer Service Desk/Telephone:

 Managing telephone enquiries; forwarding calls/recording messages to relevant staff/department

 Ensuring complete confidentiality of all calls and enquiries.

 Managing diary appointments for donations while promoting Gift Aid.

2. General clerical/administrative support to staff as required within RAMH

 Assisting Administrative Officer with monitoring and recording Health & Safety compliance

 Monitoring and recording W.T.N (Waste Transfer Notes)

 Monitoring vehicle G.P.S and compiling reports

 Photocopying, scanning, filing & general typing

 Database entry

 Any other general office duties as determined by the Administrative Officer.

 To participate in relevant training as required by RAMH

 To be aware of and implement the RAMH philosophy.

Person specification

Experience:

Desirable:

Previous experience of customer care/reception work

Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

Proficiency in database and database input

Skills:

Essential:

Excellent organisational skills

Effective verbal communication including ability to make people feel welcome and at ease

Ability to multi task

Desirable:

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work unsupervised

Awareness of issues affecting people with mental health difficulties
