Job description

• Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters

• Answering general queries by telephone

• Photocopying documents

• Sorting and opening post

• Obtaining information from the computer

• Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files

• Ordering stationery

• Assisting Administrative Officer as necessary

• Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required

Additional information

If the post holder wishes to widen their knowledge base, provided they are over 18 they could have the opportunity to train as a generalist adviser and complete the CAS training programme. CLOSING DATE 06/12/19
