Job description

To asistant with the continued smooth running of the Bureau ,including the Bureau's Debt Team, by keeping that the Bureau statistics up to date, by collating and inputing data into the electronic system. Maintaining client records, preparing letters and reports

Successful candidates will be trained and mentored throughtout their term with the he CJS employees will be expected to contribute to the smooth and continued running of the Bureau, thus providing help, support and advice for the citizens of Glasgow.

This improves the lives of Glasgow citizens and generally makes a difference bureau. They will be trained in the use of electronic systems.

Glasgow Central Citizens Advice Bureau is well respected among the employing communities, numerous people have gone on to have successful careers. Trainees are given help to develop existing skills and learn new ones such as managing manual and electronic filing systems, experience of team and solo working and dealing with the public on a face to face basis. Leading to abilities required in the modern workplace
