Aims & objectives

We aim to work with existing services to support people as they move from homelessness to a tenancy. We assist previously homeless individuals maintain their tenancy by: providing packs of essential household items; providing assistance with cleaning, decorating & odd jobs as required; providing a befriending service.

Job description

To assist with stripping down, sanding, repainting, repairing and enhancing second hand furniture whilst adhering to Health & Safety policies at all times.

To undertake any relevant on the job training.

To work closely and liaise with the Upcycling team to ensure the up-cycling area is tidy and efficiently run and organised whilst adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
