Move On Ltd provides an accessible service offering support, advice, information, training, and guidance to homeless people to enable them to tackle their homelessness effectively & permanently in the process regain more control over their lives. We currently operate three projects in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Job description

• To welcome visitors to the depot at reception ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed

• Being first point of contact for people to the depot via email and telephone

• Use of internal stock control system to facilitate depot operations

• Generating Community Food Member orders accurately and on time

• Filing of paperwork

• Working with volunteers

• Photocopying/Laminating

• Answering telephones, taking detailed messages

• Any other duties reasonable to fulfilling your post

Person specification

Full training will be given. Basic IT Skills and previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
