Job description

To work as part of a team to provide a high standard of care for children in our Nursery and/or After School Club.

Support the play workers to plan, prepare and evaluate creative, flexible and stimulating play spaces based upon consultation with, and observation of the children.

Support the play workers to implement a flexible response to the school curriculum throughout the After School Club.

Support the play workers to build and maintain positive relationships with parents, carers and other family members.

Support the play workers to maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the organisation and in particular relating to snack preparation.

Attending regular staff meetings.

To adhere Health & Safety requirements as established within the centre

Attend regular, constructive training and development sessions to ensure your core skills are continually updated and enhanced.

You may be required to provide cover in other projects associated with LASC.

Any other reasonable duties as required from time to time.
