Job description

To work within Customer Services that delivers admin support to Care & Repair Team covering the Inverness, Nairn, Badenoch & Strathspey areas. This will include working within the Handyperson Service and Telecare Service.

The trainee would contribute to the successful delivery of the day to day customer services including admin tasks, arranging/scheduling appointments, mail duties, scanning/emailing. Full training and supervision would be given.

Person specification

Basic computer/IT skills preferred but all training on our inhouse systems will be given.

Required - Cannot start until successful Disclosure/PVG scheme membership is received
