Job description

All duties relating to supporting the delivery of the football programmes & office maintenance:

-Promote and encourage young people to develop their technical and performance skills, creativity and confidence.

-Deliver a weekly programme of football and multi sports coaching sessions for children and young people.

-To assist and support young people attending Youth Sports Development Team programmes and events.

-To ensure the provision of a safe and healthy environment ensuring that KCFA policies relating to the health, safety and welfare of children, young people and staff are complied with at all times.

-checking of equipment

-cleaning offices/rooms and store rooms

-session planning

-facility management

-admininistration

all support needs relating to delivery.

Person specification

-A reliable, hard working person that has a willingness to learn and develop as a football coach.

-A good communicator that is willing to work with children of all ages and be a good team player.

-Have a positive attitude to working with children and young people.

-Sensitive to the needs of diverse community groups.

-Has a positive approach and demonstrates high standards when carrying out tasks.

-Energy and enthusiasm
