This paper is on Simplified Costs Options - Models for Third Sector Delivery Agents. The recommendations in this paper are based on the information available from the European Commission, including COCOF note 09/0025/04/EN, which provides technical guidance on how to interpret and apply the community rules in the area of indirect costs declared on a flat rate basis, flat rate costs calculated by application of standard scales of unit costs and lump sums.
