Indeed, as highlighted by Inclusion Scotland during evidence given to the Welfare Reform Committee, isolation,repair, local employment projects, family groups; lone parent support projects and condition specific charities,Simplify support We need to do more to map out and communicate the full employability offer in Scotland,We must take stock of how current approaches and programmes work, of research such as “Ties that Bind,Changes to tax credits and benefits may act as disincentives, with people leaving the labour market.
