‘To ensure we thrive as individuals, organisations and a sector in the current climate, we all need to develop new skills. Skills that help us to excel and create our own futures’ (Skills Development Scotland).
This session will explore the skills that our sector requires for the future. Using the VUCA Framework (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) as our starting point we will look at how our organisations can navigate this landscape and develop and grow our greatest asset – our people, to grasp the opportunities and meet the challenges ahead.
The session will draw on Skills Development Scotland’s Skills for the Future to identify the talent and skills that we need to be developing within our workforce, and how we can do this practically within our own organisations.
Come along to an active, participative and practice-focused workshop and make new connections along the way!
