The future of your organisation relies, to a great extent, on your employees, so attracting and retaining experienced staff can be essential. Whilst salary is important, by introducing additional employee benefits you are recognising their worth, which may discourage staff from moving to another employer offering a higher salary. Find out what these schemes are, the benefits they offer and the peace of mind they provide to both you, your employees and their dependents. We will also be looking at the employer and employee benefits of introducing a Salary Exchange scheme to make contributing to pension more tax efficient for employees and cost effective for employers. We will also be looking at how to fund new employee benefit schemes from the National Insurance savings made by an employer. Finally, remember Automatic Enrolment? Well we will be looking at the triennial Re-Enrolment and Re-Declaration of Compliance obligations employers have in respect of their pension schemes.
