Overview

A session on good (and bad) content design, including how to make your users the heart of what you do, how to write and edit, and what you can contribute to excellent content whether you’re directly responsible for making it or just generally want to make sure your organisation is doing it well.

Overall aim

Those attending will learn editing, writing, and what makes good (and bad) content.

For those coming along, have a think beforehand about some really great content you’ve seen, and reflect on what you like about it – it could be something from your own organisation, another in the sector or even an email from your bank.

Description

There will be a short presentation from Rachel Boyd, SCVO, Content Design Manager, plenty of discussion and some short tasks to help you put the ideas into practice.
