Aims & objectivesTo promote and develop food co-ops. To enable food co-ops to promote healthy eating. To monitor and evaluate local needs in relation to diet and respond to these through education, taster sessions and promotions.

1. Administration (main duty)
1.1. Data entry.
1.2. Invoice and statement processing.
1.3. Direct all incoming calls to the appropriate person and pass on accurate messages for members of staff.
1.4. Administration of files, both manual and electronic.
2. Food Pack Preparation (main duty)
2.1. Assemble the Take and Make food packs.
2.2. Measure ingredients.
2.3. Make up orders.
3. Operating ECF stall (additional duty when required)
3.1. Participating in the running of the stall when required.
3.2. Keeping the stall and displays clean and tidy at all times.
3.3. Replenish stall produce as and when required.
3.4. Assist customers in their purchases.
3.5. Promote special offers and tasters.
3.6. Operating the till and accurately handling cash and follow cashing up procedures.
3.7. Respond to orders received.
4. General duties
4.1. Ensure compliance with all health and safety and food hygiene standards and good practice.
4.2. Undertake training as required.
4.3. Any other reasonable duties as required.
