Aims & objectivesWe are here to support the community of Renfrew in many different ways also to promote the improvement of health and well being in the area. Our Place Our Families has successfully secured three years funding from The Big Lottery to achieve their aim in providing low cost Family Fun days and a wide range of family activities bringing the local community together. We also provide help to local people by helping them to create and write CV’s, conduct job searches, and to provide a wide range of useful information which links with other agencies in a number of areas. Examples of this include money matters and debt advice.

The Digital Media Assistant will be expected to work closely with our Project Manager on the completion of our company website while also making sure that our social media sites are kept maintained and updated on a regular basis.
While the majority will be computerised there is also other promotional material to be dealt with including leaflets, posters, advertising with other companies etc.
The employee will be expected to :
Update our social media sites ie, facebook, twitter, instagram
Updating and monitoring of company website to keep in line with company changes
Overseeing the creation and distribution of all hard promotional material
Working closely with other organisations to maximise the reach of our online presence.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is up to date on current and new social media avenues and is comfortable using them. They would have desirable knowledge of website creation and updating.
Required - can start subject to a successful Disclosure/PVG scheme membership
