Aims & objectivesPUSH = People United for Special Housing. PUSH set out as a parent-led organisation concerned about quality lives for men and women in Perth & Kinross who have a learning disability label. PUSH is concerned about how and where people with learning disablities live. PUSH provides support to families by providing information, helping people plan and make decisions together, and facilitating circles of support with a person centred approach.

The role of the employee will be to consult with staff to create, develop and maintain a website/database to showcase the furniture that is available in the warehouse, so that it can accessed by staff in the retail unit.
The employee will also be expected to maintain and update the social media pages and the PUSH website.
Knowledge of building and maintaining websites is essential. A portfolio of work would be desirable.
PUSH is looking for someone who is creative, patient, tolerant, reliable and open-minded, who can use their own initiative and is not afraid to take responsibility, can work flexible hours when required, who likes a challenge, who enjoys working with people, who is a good listener and someone who is passionate about ‘inclusion’ for people with learning disabilities.
