This report presents findings on public perceptions of antisocial behaviour (ASB) and attitudes to young people. It is based on data from the 2009 Scottish Social Attitudes Survey, which involved face-to-face interviews with a probability sample of 1,482 people aged 18+ across Scotland. The report addresses 3 key questions: ? What are the key influences on people?s attitudes to ASB? ? What are people?s attitudes to community involvement in tackling ASB? ? What are people?s views about young people and their role in committing ASB?
