Our response SCVO welcomes the Finance and Public Administration Committee’s inquiry into the National,As part of establishing the Scottish National Investment Bank (SNIB), the Scottish Government developed,The prototype tool designed for the Bank highlighted how it is possible for the Scottish Government and,impact of their decisions and actions against the 11 National Outcomes.,Outcomes in 2018.
