Versus Arthritis Self-Management. Our Self-Management product which supports people to manage their condition at any stage of their journey. Our Self-Management includes our Foundation 5-week programme, our self-management activities such as Tai Chi, and our Self-Management support sessions such as Sleep and Anxiety sessions. Our product is volunteer led, with many of our volunteers having personal experience of long-term conditions on their health. This helps to ensure that our Self-Management is continually adapting to meet the needs of people with arthritis.
